Chris is a seasoned corporate attorney with nearly two decades of legal experience who brings business and financial acumen to his practice and representation which stems from over a decade of accounting training and experience prior to entering the legal field. Chris is a trusted advisor known for utilizing an analytical and comprehensive creative problem-solving approach to legal and business issues. Chris provides efficient legal solutions to his clients and counsels clients on a variety of general corporate matters; mergers acquisitions and dispositions; ownership exit strategies; real estate matters and commercial leasing.

Chris’ experience with handling purchase and sale transactions along with real estate matters allows him to handle dental and veterinarian practice deals effectively and efficiently.

Outside of work, Chris is actively involved in youth sports organizations where he continues to serve as Director in various roles. He also enjoys golfing, cooking, and spending time with his family and friends, especially his dogs - Kenzie and Riley.
