Cress Bost is a highly skilled attorney with a practice focus on real estate law, including leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, and general contract transactions. Cress protects the client’s legal interests while skillfully negotiating and drafting lease agreements that cater to the unique needs of clients within their niche markets.

Drawing from robust experience with commercial real estate transactions representing national clients with different business needs, Cress guides clients through every aspect of an acquisition, including due diligence, chain of title concerns, and purchase agreements.

With respect to general contract needs, Cress provides tailored legal solutions that align with the specific needs of each business transaction, always keeping the client’s bottom-line business goals at the forefront of each transaction.

Cress received a J.D. from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2019, Cum Laude, where he was a Staff Editor of Law Review, and earned a B.S. in International Business from Southeastern University.

In his free time, Cress enjoys spending time with family and friends at the lake and beach, watching his two sons compete in sports and new learning adventures, traveling domestically and internationally with family making lifetime memories.
