Rachel is a client services coordinator and paralegal who assists our attorneys and clients, helping to keep them organized and on track with various matters and tasks that need to be accomplished throughout the course of our clients’ representation. She guides our clients through the initial intake process, and assists with the preparation of documents related to employment agreements, healthcare related practice acquisitions and partnership agreements, and reviews state and local guidelines to ensure zoning compliance for new healthcare practices. Rachel is an important liaison with our clients who endeavors to provide clear communication and facilitate organization between our clients and legal team.

Rachel graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Communication and a specialization in Public Relations and Advertising. She is originally from the Finger Lakes region of New York. In her free time, Rachel enjoys doing yoga, cooking, and watching horror movies.
