Episode 84- Dental Associate Agreements from an Associate's Perspective: Finding a Job

Rob Montgomery and Paul Goodman

The Dental Amigos are shifting to a slightly different format for the content of their episodes going forward for the near future. More specifically, they’re going to be doing collections of shorter episodes that explore different areas of interest (“Seasons” if you will): associate agreements, partnerships and buy-ins, acquiring a dental practice, selling a dental practice, growing a group practice and start-ups.  Even though these seasons and episodes will be primarily geared toward a specific audience, the episodes will still contain lots of general interest information and, from time to time, the Amigos will tackle some off-topic subjects.  With that in mind, Rob and Paul are going kick off the first Season by discussing dental associate agreements from an associate’s perspective over the next ten, or so, episodes.

In this first episode of this Season, the Dental Amigos talk about when and how new dentists should start looking for a job, Paul lists his top questions that all associate dentists should be asking their potential employers and the Amigos discuss how dentists can build a solid team of counselors and advisors to assist them with this stressful process.
